This notice describes the website’s current data practices. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal approval.
Azivia collects the first name, last name, company, phone number, email address, description, and consent information submitted through the forms. Do not submit confidential, regulated, export-controlled, or sensitive personal information.
The five-question readiness result is calculated in the browser and is not currently gated behind an email address in the active experience.
Information is used to review the inquiry, respond, determine whether a focused conversation makes sense, maintain lead records, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery.
The application includes a vendor-neutral event adapter, but the configured default is disabled and no approved third-party marketing analytics provider is selected in the repository.
Form submissions are validated by the Azivia website, stored in PostgreSQL, and used to send confirmation and internal notification email through environment-configured SMTP. Hosting and operational server logs may process technical request information necessary to deliver and protect the site.
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical request and browser information to verify that a form submission is made by a person rather than automated abuse. Form field contents are validated separately by the Azivia website.
Records should be retained only as long as needed for inquiry handling, legitimate business records, security, and legal obligations. A final retention schedule requires owner and legal review.
Use the site’s contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. Azivia may need to verify the request before acting.
The current site does not expose a newsletter signup and does not require a nonessential-cookie consent banner while marketing analytics remains disabled.

Azivia uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the application; no website or transmission method can be promised as risk-free.
